Advanced Cardiac Tissue Regeneration via Bioengineered Scaffolds

Project Summary:

Project Summary

This project aims to develop next-generation bioengineered scaffolds designed to promote cardiac tissue regeneration following ischemic injury. By integrating stem-cell-derived cardiomyocytes with advanced biomaterial structures, the project seeks to improve recovery outcomes in patients suffering from myocardial damage.

Objectives

  • Develop biocompatible 3D-printed scaffold structures

  • Optimize stem cell differentiation efficiency

  • Evaluate cardiac tissue integration in vitro

  • Conduct preliminary functional recovery tests

Expected Outcomes

The resulting scaffold technology is expected to enhance cell adhesion, improve tissue repair efficiency, and provide a foundation for future clinical applications in regenerative cardiology.
